Do I need an account? No — Shelf works with no sign-up or login. Just open it and start adding books you love.
How do I delete my data? In the app: Taste tab → gear icon (top-left) → Settings → “Delete my data.” This erases your taste, saved books, and recommendations from your device and our servers.
How are recommendations made? Shelf uses AI to suggest books from the titles you like and dislike. No personal identity is ever sent — only your book preferences.
